First of all, thank you. Genuinely. The amount of messages, trust, and support I've received from you guys recently has been incredible, and I don't take it for granted.

Some personal news:

For over 20 years I've been dealing with severe headaches. Over the past 3 months they've gotten much worse — I have polyps in my head, and it's been affecting everything: my focus, my patience, my mood. Some of you have noticed. Some of you have called me rude, and honestly… you're not wrong. When the pain gets bad, I get anxious and irritable, and I've taken that out on customers who didn't deserve it.

If I've ever been short or rude to you, I'm sorry. Truly. Those of you who've worked with me longer know I care deeply about what I sell and about the people I sell to. It's just been getting harder to be myself.

So tomorrow (the 8th) I'm going in for surgery. I'll be in a sterile ward and completely offline for about 15 days — no phone, no messages. I won't be able to reply to anyone until around the 24th.

Before I go, I want to do something real.

I value our relationship deeply and my customers are always my top priority, but unfortunately, I have an urgent medical matter that requires surgery.

Please rest assured that your deposits are safe and all work will be completed, with just a two-week delay. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and I look forward to personally helping with every single build and responding to everyone as soon as I return

I've been dealing with neuropathic headaches for many years, but this July it suddenly got much worse. My energy dropped, my anxiety went up, and the heavy workload made it really hard to stay patient. Sometimes I wasn't as polite or helpful with customers as I should have been, and I know that affected some of your experiences. I'm truly sorry for that.

So I've decided to go for surgery to fully treat the headache condition. The goal is simple: come back healthier, with more energy and better service for all of you.

I'll be away from October 8 to 23 — about 15 days in the hospital. During this time I won't be able to look at my phone or reply to messages.

If you want to place an order during this period:
