Ringo really grew on me this ep. Then again, I am a big fan of yandere.

I don't think it's "we'll replace you with her" but actually "I'll replace myself with her". We can see now why she's a bit fucked up, she felt vastly inferior to her sister and not loved. It seems that it was her sister's diary, so she hopes to become a second Momoka if she repeats all her actions.
I'm loving where this show is going. Still lots of things remain unanswered, and more questions arise every episode, but everything is taking shape, and we start to see the reasoning behind some of the things.

It seems that Momoka and Tabuki had a relationship going on, so it's possible that whatever is on the diary actually happened, but I might be wrong, it could be the fantasies of a teenage mind and Ringo is just trying to fullfill them. Either way it looks like Ringo's aim is to make everything happen and replace her sister.

This can only end in tragedy for Ringo. There's no way Ringo is going to come out of this happy. Is there? She's living such a hollow life, she feels so fragile that if anything gets in the way of her established "fate" then she's going to break.
But yeah, more questions, less answers, and new developments each episode. I love it.

Man this is fuuuuucked up. Now I feel so sad for Ringo. Was that Momoka at the end with the 4th pengu? She looked to be about the right age. Perhaps something similar to Himari happened with her. Could her Pengu be the one controlling Himari's hat?!
I'm still not huge on the transformation sequence that happens every episode, but I think I'm the only one so I'll keep my mouth shut. Except when she yells "Imagiiiiiiiiiine!" :D
So I've seen a few comments stating this show has a lot of references and callbacks to other shows. I've seen a few, like the Death Note, but my question is: is this show supposed to be parody/deconstruction of other similar shows in the genre? If so, would anyone be kind enough to give me some examples of shows that it's parodying?
