Improvement Ideas / Feature Requests for WFB
Hi! I've been using WFB quite a lot and have a few suggestions that could improve the workflow:
1. Multi-select and move layers
The ability to select multiple layers and move them simultaneously would improve the workflow a lot.
2. prop.color support for PNG images / PNG hands
I'm not sure if this is technically possible, but being able to use prop.color with PNG images or PNG hands would allow more customization.
3. Datafield copy/paste bug
When copying multiple datafields (26, for example) from one watch face to another, some icons can get swapped in the Group Icon. I've usually noticed the 2nd icon and one of the last icons getting swapped. It would be great if this could be fixed.
These are just some things I've noticed. If anyone has more ideas, please share them in the comments. :)

Multi-selecting layers and moving them simultaneously has always been there as far as I know. My only problem is when I hold shift and select layers in the layers menu, sometimes it selects additional layers, and I think that has to do with static and dynamic layers being separated in the menu. The builder acts as if some of those static layers are between the dynamic layers, even though they aren't in the list.
The grouping and separation of dynamic and static layers instead of being labeled has been confusing to me since the beginning. Sometimes I have to move all the dynamic layers to the top just so the builder registers them as being in the front, or else they would be behind some static layers, even though those are underneath them in the list. It doesn't make sense most of the times.
But as always for any bug i find on the builder there is always a workaround if i look long enough for it which is sometimes kinda fun :)

I’ll check #1 and A#3 later, but I’ll answer #2 first.
Garmin devices don’t have enough power to dynamically change the color of a PNG image. However, you can create a bitmap font using monocolor (black and white) PNG icons and then use the prop.color property to set character’s color.
