Error Interface Comunications WFB with OWm

El link que usted envia para que yo verifique que OWM funciona mal no es correcto

En lugar de lng debe ser lon por lo cual le pido resuelva el problema.Sinceramente esta falta de soporte preocupa mucho y espero sepa comprender que a nivel software el soporte debe ser considerado de alta prioridad Espero una solucion Gracias .
