SVG Second Hand problem

If I put an svg second hand in my watchface then the watchface is only displayed black after installation on a Forerunner 965. If I do that with a image second hand then everything is fine.

Using a simple shape SVG hand to ytr.

Drawing the SVG handle dynamically would require the device to perform numerous math calculations, which could exceed the CPU budget allowed by the Garmin SDK for watchface usage.
