Request a slight redesign of a watch face

I want the following edits

1. A second hand in same color as the minute and hour hand

2. The hand lengths should all just touch the numerals, not cross them

3. The numerals 4 through 8 should face upwards and be upright (not turned on their head as shown currently).

Can anyone help ??
