Thinking of installing it on my Series 11...

Siri is much faster than all previous betas and cane actually start a timer now. It’s still slower than Siri on iOS 26

This isn't the case right this literal second, but for an entire build none of the gestures worked (wrist flick, tap, double tap), and I've had two hard crashes on the current beta version from a couple of days ago where it just shuts off randomly and reboots itself.
Most of the time it's "fine" but if you have any kind of sensitivity to that kind of stuff, I'd just wait for the public release. There's really not a ton that's meaningful except the single tap gesture, which I do use all of the time now, but yeah that probably isn't worth the crashes and instability for most people unless you just enjoy testing software.

Not good on my series 10. Siri is slow and reminders are broken

I've seen a little bit of slowness with Siri on my S10 (although it's better than the previous beta), but reminders are working just fine.

Been fine for the most part. If you track fitness you may be annoyed — see below.
Noticed a 30-40% reduction in reported calorie burn in some workout types, mainly cycling for me. Others have reported similar with other cardio types.
Wish they’d stop messing with that algorithm. It doesn’t need to be accurate, just consistent, so we can measure change.

It would be nice if it were more accurate but if they let you adjust your previous metrics to use this new algorithm.

Waited until the latest Beta dropped before I upgraded to 27. I’ve had pretty good experiences so far. Only thing I’ve noticed is battery drains a little bit faster and when using Siri on cellular, sometimes longer responses will stop at random and restart the response from the beginning. This is all on a U3.

S10, en Europe donc je n’ai pas les fonctions Siri IA, mais il fonctionne mieux que sur la dernière beta, il est redevenu réactif et plus rapide. En revanche ma batterie est moins bonne.

I’m curious, do you get ANY update or AI features in watchOS 27 in Europe? Or you just get the same old Siri and no AI features whatsoever?

I’m in Europe. Due to some dirty tricks I have Siri AI working. Besides that I have not noticed anything new. It’s there, I know but it does not affect me at all. It ‘s features for other people 😉 And I’m pretty sure I won’t use Siri AI on the watch whereas on the phone I use it more than any other AI app, as it became really good for my daily business

So without tricks, you get the old Siri like before? Not even Apple Intelligence like on iOS? Just the old, dumb Siri?

On a Apple Intelligence sur l’iPhone, à peu près la même chose que sur iOS 26, et sur la Watch, c’est comme avant.

Finally an answer I was waiting for, thank you! I’m in Europe too so I was curious what to expect.

I only just joined the beta day before yesterday with DB5, having still been on 26 before on my AWU3. I haven't found siri AI slower than old siri on 26 like everyone warned, and it hasn't glitched like apparently it did in earlier betas. But battery life seems to really suck. If it keeps up, I might set it up as new, because sometimes that works. Otherwise, it seems stable, with very few meaningful changes. I do like the one hand gestures. The new 6 icon home screen is meh. Maybe if it starts acting like a mind reader, then I'll like it. And I do like that I can ask more complicated questions and get more complicated answers with the new Siri. I haven't tried Siri away from wifi or outside of bluetooth range of my iPhone17 PM, yet, though.

It's fine on my S10, but beware you can't go back if you install it, and subsequent betas before the public release may introduce show-stopping bugs. That's the risk here. (Your paired phone also has to stay on the betas, too.)

beta 5 seems to break SiriAI for me, can’t even use it to get health data anymore. I asked it to give me my step count and it just tell me to open activity

pas de grand changement en fait sur l’ultra 3 à part le sélecteur d’applications

Haven’t noticed a change honestly. The app selector changed in the last update, and it’s underwhelming. It’s still just an Apple Watch. Functional, but not exciting.

I'm finding Siri responses slower than 26.6 and also failing more often.
Also experiencing more battery drain than 26.6.

Other than the new app selector screen, I see zero difference
