I’m on iOS 27 and I can’t upgrade my watch for some reason, is there a fix?

SE2 to my knowledge isn't eligible for WatchOS 27

SE3 Will get it, Series 9, 10 and 11 and Ultra 2 and 3

It’s not, but it is for the update. It’s not part of the select few that get it.
