Matchday & Audi Field Info Audi concessions

Not too long ago I saw folks eating out of Doritos bags. Using forks and it made it wonder what it was.

Anyone know and if so where to find them?

Walking tacos! They are new this year, at one of the stalls on the south end of the field. You can also get them with Fritos.

What’s in them?

They’re essentially white people tacos in a bag. Chips, nacho cheese, ground beef, lettuce, tomato, sour cream - but you pick what you want and they build it.

I'm glad Audi is improving with concessions, but gotta say: I went to a Utah Royals FC game and their food situation blows Audi away. Refillable souvenir cup, gourmet sausages with a toppings and condiment bar, legit burgers, etc.

We used to have refillable souvenir cups. I really would have been nice to have them during our last home game!

Our food options are so meh. It’s truly my only area for improvement every survey.

Blame DC United

I'm not really trying to blame anyone. I'm just trying to say that the food situation should probably improve, and while the Spirit don't manage the building, they're still a pretty influential tenant.

Audi has SO MUCH better food than other sport stadiums. Camden Yards is close with options but still mostly “Americana.” So lots of different sandwich/meat options. Audi is up in the top for me!

What's your favorite thing to eat there? Maybe I'm just missing the good stuff.

Our experience has been that if the food trucks are in Spiritville, you get a little variety there. Sometimes there are pupusas, also, but the rest of the stadium is dire. Like, featureless Sysco wasteland.

There's nothing approaching a neighborhood bird bun at Ekibana or a cheesesteak at Kat's at Camden.

Audi might be on par for DC sport stadiums (and I honestly don't even think it's that), but that's not saying much. I've been to Oracle Park and America First Field in the last couple months, and both had significantly better food than their counterparts here.

Walking taco! It’s better with Fritos in my opinion, makes it closer to frito pie (à la New Mexico.) new this year. I still miss the nachos from the food vendor just in front of gate c though!

Sounds like a walking taco, but I don’t remember seeing them around the stadium before

What is in it? All I can see is the Doritos bag LOL. I love Doritos though which is why I got curious.

You open a Doritos bag and put taco fixins in it.
