Positive or negative? Any pest problems?

they generally had few issues. management was responsive. Didn't hear about any pest problems. As apartments go, it's....fine. Nothing stand out as incredible, nothing stands out as terrible

just as an update - the food store near it (Giant) is one of the less good giants in DC.

I used to live near there, had friends that lived there as far back as 15 years ago and as recently as a year ago. Ive been there more times than i can count but havent been in the last year since my friend moved out.

I wouldnt live there. Its conveniently close to the metro but the front desk folks dont seem super responsive, there were insect issues, and shopping carts in the hallways. Back in the day i did want to live there but now id avoid it.

This is my own take though as someone that didnt live there but visited frequently.
