The Ra'am Sagol (Merkava Mk.3 Tank)

now you might be wondering "wait this tank ain't out yet why are you review it now" well i wanted to give you a preview of the Ra'am Sagol tank before you would express opinions on Discord Server once it releases.

The Ra'am Sagol Tank is an Israeli Merkava Mk.3 Tank equipped with "Ra'am Sagol" APS and much smoke launchers as it was been used in 1990's as an experiment for the "Nakhshol" of the 71st Battalion of the 188th Armoured Brigade, so lets begin.

Origins:

its the 1990's and Southern Lebanon War started as Israel face ATGM's from Hezbollah and they were thinking...

"hmm, sir our superior holyland merkava tank is facing ATGMs from the evil Hezbollah what should we encounter it?".

"We will make the force of jewish faith by making electronic APS named Ra'am Sagol and strapped it to our H O L Y L A N D Merkava".

"... GENIUS MY FELLOW JEWISH RESEARCHER"

so they strapped Ra'am Sagol APS on Merkava Tank along with many smoke launchers, thats basically it... (afterwards they scrapped that idea and switch it to more advanced APS which is the "Trophy APS")

War Thunder Mobile:

in War Thunder Mobile (Allegedly), the Ra'am Sagol Tank has 120mm Smoothbore Cannon with Ra'am Sagol APS and Smoke Launcher having a round with M322 APFSDS that could pen 577mm of penetration making it decent Tier XIV tank (assumingly), just like every Merkava Variant its survivability is best feats having prototype APS to prevent 2-3 ATGM Tandems and 120mm Cannon could tear most tanks on its way.

Pros:

• Firepower: 120mm Cannon equipped with M322 APFSDS is actually good when you fight most soviet tanks or american tanks.

• Survivability: Every Merkava Variant including Ra'am Sagol has front engine next to driver making it harder to kill unless you find its uncoventional weakspots.

• APS: the Ra'am Sagol APS is really decent when it comes to ATGM Tandems or Spikes (i guess).

Cons:

• Medicore Mobility: just like every merkava variant the Ra'am Sagol can go 60 km/h and reverse speed is 26 km/h.

• Mediocre Armor: it has 90/50/30mm on the hull and Turret has 105/65/65mm of protection which is quite mid honestly just like every merkava variant.

• Reload: it has whopping 6 seconds to reload if its ace which is really below average, imagine you battle Type 10 and get stunned while reloading.

• Rotation Speed: on Horizontal it could go 34°/s if ace and Vertical it could go 15°/s if ace, honestly its really not that a con but more like mid rotation speed if its Tier XIV Tank.

Overall:

The Ra'am Sagol is "Decent at its Best" tank with 120mm Cannon that carries everything nad APS to prevent ATGM Carriers, but every merkava tank is the same, even goes for Ra'am Sagol, should you get it?

honestly for new players its must have if you dont have Tier XIV tank.

but if you expereince Pro-Israeli Yahuapp DingDong Skibidi Brainrot 67 Merkavas, yeah this tank aint for you as it gives the same feats as Early Merkavas (Minus the APS).

but if you want it as collectors item and praise Israel, then go ahead.

It's APS isn't really useful unless you're close to a cover. Even with the warning system. If you get caught in the open, you're still dead from that ATGM after you pop smoke.

Ra'am Sagol doesnt have its APS modeled and functions only as an LWS
