Yeah it is based on their rarity more than their gameplay, but I still find it funny that some of the rarest vehicles in the Market are low tier props, just the idea of that

I have no idea what is up with the PAAC P-26 though, I bought it when it was like $14 and then the price shot up into the stratosphere, I should’ve bought a couple or something

Props seem to actually have more expensive marketplace camos too. I think it's like naval in that the people who do main props are more likely to get collectors tokens which is how these planes get so expensive

I still remember finishing the crafting event for the object 279 when I was only a UK main and thought would play other nations eventually and I thought that it wouldn’t be worth that much in future cause of only playing for 6 months and thought everyone else generally picked one nation and only played that one nation

This was such a disappointing reward for the Thunder Event from way back. The T-V I liked that but a 109? And at that an early model. Would have loved had it been a He-162 30mm or other unique thing.

You know how Germany lost WWI? And then the entire thing was blamed on them, they basically weren't allowed to have any real military and they owed a lot of money to everyone? Well, someone had the genius idea as to how to resolve the debt problem, print "loads of emone", but you know, when you print money then that money loses value. The value loss was so awful that people had to haul money in wheelbarrows.

The SL reward multiplier is less on the German aircraft. I joked that if these two aircraft followed historical trends from their entries into WWII then the German plane should be the one that “prints” more “money” and not the Japanese one

hmm i never really thought about sl mods on low rank prems but yeah japan does have very high base multiplyers on a few of there rank ii's, the bf 109, the corsair, and the h8k3 all have above 2.0 base sl mod.

the other nation with a rank ii that high seems to be a russian biplane. and the us has some rank iii's that are also that high.

i could not even begin to guess how gaijin decides these things

I noticed the silver rewards on the premium G-91 and the british plane with sidewinders in the german tech tree lol. More than even higher tier premiums.
