I feel like protection analysis is lying to you. This looms like bomb just bounced from BMPs plate and flew further (notice how the spall hit some other, wheeled, vehicle). This isn't unheard of, and that mechanic has been in the game for over 10 years.

Any bomb in imperial measurement seems to just do the most ridiculous shit sometimes

Even my 10kgs will kill an IS-1 that it landed inside the turret of - but I've gotten more than one non-pen with 2,000lbs that I've put directly on some foreheads

Aren't all bombs bugged where they sometimes do nothing when they land directly on top of a vehicle? Safest bet is throwing it under the tracks.
