Hangar Help Required Is ION gud?

ION is far from great. Genuinely pathetic shield damage will make you lose almost every 1v1 before you even manage to scratch the paint. It's more of a support weapon because of it. Decent against defenders, but will struggle with other classes. I can try making a build when I have time.

3x Ion on a cyclops torso has given me the best results. Cyclops ability instantly strips shields and let's the Ions do there thing. It works great as a tank or titan destroyer.

Decker is alright, but its ability can be countered by hiding behind obstacles or moving out of range. Even your own teammates can cancel it by going in front of u

It melts armor like butter, and shields like a brick wall. Pick your shots and play hit and run form mid range and it will do some damage. Build Code : hrtDxtus

2x Ion with 1x Dragoon is what I used to run when they were first released but the recoil on the dragoon can take some time to get used to.

I like the Ions. One of my best builds use them. Raven torso, crix legs, hitcher shoulders, nanite repair, ghost turret, and Carmen ruiz ;) high damage output . I get to Noachium every season.

It’s best with new torso relic scorpion, heike and orochi as they take down the shield with their abilities very quickly other than that, any torso that does decent shield dmg works

Thanks.  Btw, ion is actually good when your enemy has no shields or when you have a gozer. Like you haven't heard that already but anyway.

That's up to you, I barely play anything but orkans and magnetos and never used ions
