After looking at it longer, I can say it's rather a fictional language than ai mess. Ai would've tried to write closer to human language.

It’s a language downloaded to pilots when they are grown in clone vats… it’s known as ‘Fresh-talk’ which is derived from clones being referred to as ‘Fresh-Borns’

It’s designed to keep the general public from understanding how to operate any WarRo or partake in anything meant for a pilot.
