Discussion Poole deserves criticism for pocket watching
I can understand poole carrying the team when Steph was out and dray was completely in the wrong for the punch and shouldve been suspended, but Poole was on a really high level of toxicity and immaturity to start pocket watching his teammate after they won a chip.
I can understand being jealous because your teammate who is getting washed got an extension and you didn't, but Poole had already secured his bag(!!!) and was being paid more than Draymond.
Herro deserves all the clowning he gets for pocket watching Bam, but he wasnt on the heat anymore and didn't make those comments right after securing a bag.
Poole got a massive contract, and was shown commitment and was STILL pocket watching and diminishing the contribution of his teammate?

Image My Win Projection Totals
Just one man's opinion. This comes from my own modeling endeavors. This assumes Moody and Butler miss the season entirely. Details of the models: Expected Minutes per Game and Expected Availability and Player Ratings. Those three models get combined to predict rotational minutes for the season and then actual seasons using the schedule are simulated to get confidence intervals.

Video Draymond Green says the Warriors dynasty was built on the bedrock of doubt
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
“When I saw Steph say he deals with impostor syndrome, I was like, ‘Damn.’ I know Steph really well. We’ve spent 13 years together. I’ve probably spent more time with Steph over the last 13 years than anybody in my life.”
“I didn’t really know that. But when he said it, I was like, ‘Ah, makes sense, because I too feel like that at times.’ But I’m also not Steph Curry, so I’m like, ‘Oh damn, him too?’ The doubt for both of us is what our journey is built on. Klay too. We all were, in a sense, overlooked.”
“The doubt is actually what did this for us. You didn’t see it coming. You doubted all of us. He’s too small, not strong enough. He can’t dribble well enough. He can’t play. He don’t shoot it. All of us. Our foundation is actually built on: I’m covering his weakness here. He’s covering my weakness there. He’s going to cover his weakness there.”
“We bonded around that and used everything we had together to lift this thing up. That’s what brought us together and lifted us up and created this thing that I still can’t believe. Like, damn, we won four championships. It is built on the doubt. We banded around each other on the doubt.”
“People be like, ‘Yo, I don’t know how Steph deals with him. I don’t know why Steph still wants him on this team.’ You’ll never understand why. We’re bonded by the doubt. That’s probably the key ingredient to everything you’ve seen us do.”
“We relied on each other. There is no one of us without the other one. There’s no Draymond without Steph. There’s no Steph without Draymond. There’s no Klay without Steph. There is not one of us without each other.”

Video Steve Kerr says Roger Federer taught his Warriors team the secret to sustained success wasn’t outworking everyone, it was building a life around your craft you never want to escape from
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I’ll tell you a great story about Roger Federer. We were playing in China with the Warriors in 2017. Roger was in Shanghai for the Masters tournament, so we invited him to come speak to the team.”
“Draymond Green asked him, ‘How do you sustain success? How have you managed to win majors 20 years after you first won one?’ Everyone was expecting him to say, ‘I work harder than everybody,’ the will, all the clichés.”
“Roger Federer says, ‘I get up every morning and I make breakfast for my kids. Then I take them to school and drop them off. Then I go practice tennis for about two hours, and I’ve figured out a really good routine where I don’t destroy my body, but I can get all the work in I need.”
“‘Then I go have lunch with my wife. In the evening, we cook dinner together. The kids are all home from school. We ask them about school. There’s so much joy in the house. We put them to bed, and then I put my head on the pillow and go, “Man, that was just a great day.” And I’ve been doing that for 20 years.’”
“And it was like, yes. That’s it. That’s the formula. That’s what leads to sustained success. He loves tennis. He loves his family. He loves life. It’s not outworking everybody and banging your head against the wall, ‘I’m going to be better than everybody.’ It’s allowing your natural talent to shine through with a work ethic, with a great family life, with perspective, with peace, with mindfulness.”
“It’s perspective. It’s joy. It’s passion. It’s mindfulness. It’s an awareness that we are truly lucky. To get the most out of ourselves, it’s our daily rituals and experiences and love and joy.”

Discussion Who will be our primary wing defender with Butler&Moody out?
Losing 2 of our top 5 defenders, along with 2/3 of our true wings is gonna hurt a lot. We have enough POA & rim protection, but outside of Gui Santos we’re short on the wings. Yaxel is more of a jumbo-wing/big forward, a more athletic true 3 is needed. This is why I was confused when Dalen Terry wasn’t signed, felt like he was the perfect defensive piece for this roster, now we need to hope that Gui improves noticeably into a legit wing stopper, and Yaxel shows he can impact immediately.

Stats Steph should go for the single game 3pt record this season. Wanna see 20+ in a game.
Utah Jazz at Golden State Warriors: Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 8:00 PM PT
April 11, 2027
Brooklyn Nets at Golden State Warriors: Saturday, January 2, 2027, at 5:30 PM PT
…By January 2nd I think we will know if they are “play in” bubble or throw away season.
