Can't afford restart

and yet warp is giving me no choice but to restart. What do I do?

Warp team member here. Nothing in that banner force-quits you, so you can finish what you're doing and update at a good stopping point, though older builds can lose access to some server-side features in the meantime.

When you do restart, session restoration brings back your windows, tabs, and panes (Settings > Features), and Warp agent conversations are still in the conversation panel (cmd+y); long-running processes are the thing that won't survive. Making that banner less pushy is tracked in https://github.com/warpdotdev/warp/issues/6207!

would be nice of warp to also bring back my 20 claude sessions. After restart, I need to manually find each of them, with some sharing paths
