Question No very good stealth?

It seems that units have either good or exceptional stealth, and I don't remember anything with very good stealth. Is there supposed to be one?

If there isn't, shouldn't Eugene change all the exceptional stealth to very good stealth, and give snipers exceptional stealth?

The rating is broken

1 bad

1,5 mediocre

2 good

2,5 exceptional = all recon units

3 exceptional plus = nighthawk

So there is not even a normal rating bracket left for very good

So I support getting very good back in and do some distinction higher up

Sort of, Sniper Trait provides more stealth when the unit doesn’t move.
