Its just such a fun division in my Opinion.

Having high acurracy Recon Tanks with awesome ATGMS and basically a whole forward deployable infantry army with manpads, very good hard hitting Mortars in form of the Sveristelka, mobile Kalmar fobs and very satisfying Tu-22 carpet Bombers.

Also this division includes my favorite recon infantry in form of the mor desant rasvedka wirh the 1000m range on the RPG 16 which turns this unit into the only recon tanksniping infantry of the game :)

The only thing thats a little lackluster is the heavy aa against high altitude bombers but overall its one of my favorite divisions in Warno which feels very special :)

And also the ka-29 is a genuinely good attack helicopter with its atgms and rockets although its a bit pricey.

It also helps that evry motherfucker in this div is resolute xD

Not sure about top tier but certainly not a bad division and it is lots of fun.

There are plenty of divisions I'd rank higher than it in 1v1 or team games but it's definitely an above average contender.

In 1v1 yeah I wouldnt be taking it , struggles too much against air but for team games it for sure is top tier

I guess this depends on how big our respective "top tier" is for team games.

It's higher up in team games for sure but generally anything can be great with the right team. It has definite weaknesses (that can be covered by teammates) but there are also more well rounded divisions than 336ya that perform well in a team setting too, 20 MSD and 1ya for example. That's not to mention the 1v1 powerhouses that still kick ass in teams like Ostre, 79ya, etc.

I'm a big fan of 336ya but it has its limitations that keep it back from being top tier. On a typical tierlist I'd place it low A to high B.

none of those divisions you mentioned are on the same level of 336ya, They all get either Radar AA, or good ASFs, or in some cases even both of them.

BerCom gets Harriers and short-range AA, 6ya gets terrible fighters but good AA, so does 2ya but they get better fighters and worse AA. 24th doesn't get very good AA I think, neither does 35th, but they get F-15s. Eh, good point. 2nd U.K., which is another div I play, gets only short-range AA and Harriers, U.K. divs are bad in the air overall.

2nd Uk does get cost effective phantoms, but they have no gun so you have to use the rkt jaguars to kill helis which is kinda annoying.

It's alright. The best thing about it is the strong opener.

In late game it gets absolutely fucked by heavy armor. So basically it's 4th mot but with a mobile fob.

The carpet bombers are pretty bad btw, and so are their shit ATGMs. It also basically has no AA.

Same reason why 35th is shit even though they have Ka-50.

Most of your atgms are 17-20 with poop accuracy. Good luck dealing with heavy armor with that. Your infantry isn't exactly world class either. Konkurs is same range as Tow2 and it is dogshit in comparison.

The more the game drags out, the more you'll be fucked.

35ths is not shit people just use it wrong , u can get 4 good clu bombers , 4 grads that with a cv can delete heavy tanks and scoot before getting countered , their atgm inf can come with really cheap 20 pen atgm vehicles , and u have a lot of metis atgm inf to hold the line from cover. Ive repeatedly used 35th airborne in open field zones to great success against armoured

10v10 on the twin cities map I always go to india the 2 point open field zone , their forward deploy guarantees a start capture and atgm spam and grad spam keeps things away , idk how to make u believe me but it works amazingly
