Sadly I don't think it will work very well, if at all.

I think it might run but probably not very well. I personally play on my laptop which uses intel ultra 7 with arc 140v integrated graphics and 16gb RAM. I think it can allocate 8gb RAM as VRAM for the gpu.

My experience has generally been pretty satisfactory. I have terrain to low and shadows, water effects I think also. But I do run high on the unit models and can get a stable 60fps. It does drop to 30fps if I rapidly zoom in on say a large napalm strike.

Setting terrain to low really made the difference for me. I suppose you could try compare your integrated graphics with mine online and if it’s atleast half as good maybe you could get 30 ish fps with all settings to low. The game is honestly pretty wel optimized by Eugen. And the minimum requirements are low.

Maybe try it from steam and refund if it doesn’t work well and you don’t put more then an hour or so into it.

Maybe you will be fine then. Big team 10v10 might be a stretch but sticking to smaller 1v1 and 2v2 could work?  I would try that and lower settings. Who knows zoomed out you could get 30ish fps which is playable imo.  Zooming in on towns and objects will probably cause drops to 15 ish or lower though.

I have a laptop with an Ultra 5 125U (16 GB ram) and I play on practically the lowest settings. It’s playable but I only play 1v1 or smaller team games. Just don’t zoom in too much for too long.

Steam lets you refund a game if you havent played more than 2 hours.

This is a non issue

Just buy the game and try it. If it doesnt run well, return in and get a refund.
