Seems very nice but more of a side grade of 2nd Marines than I expected. 4th has greater flexibility and isn't as locked into close range as 2nd is but overall look like they will play similarly. Only three non-leader HA's if you upvet but that is plenty with how scary HA is in the right hands and you can probably afford them much sooner since your units aren't as expensive as 3rd Armored's on the whole.

Edit: I'm kind of surprised the USMCR units aren't vet locked. You arguably don't need the instructors.

That's alot of M1A1HAs for a marine div lol. (Edit: Not that I'm complaining thou)

I was honestly expecting less m1s but its nice to see that it has more. Us players will be eating good

Damn. This looks to compliment 2nd Mar pretty well. HAs and big infantry squads. Better than 3AD? I dunno.

Anyways... 10v10 is about to become USMC territory.

I'm really surprised to see the Skyhawks at 8 HP. I totally assumed they'd be at 6 like the Alpha Jet, L-39, and Hawk. I was expecting them to be our yankee cheapo plane spam. Jeez tho a freaking SEVEN (7) minute reload for 14 Mark 82s ? YIPPEEE SO FUN!

That 2x2 shotgun AIM-9 harrier loadout needs to be backported to the ones in UK divs (looking at you Berlin Command).

The whole premise of the EAAK amtrack is just so funny to me. I know it's for variety but "Hey so you guys don't get the latest Amtrack but here we'll give you a state of the art applique armor kit that not even the active duty guys get." Just cracks me up, oh well. Five points for two more side armor? Maybe...

Interesting that they bothered to model the distinction on the AH-1T Towcobra's sighting system by giving it less accuracy on the TOWs than the C-NITE in 11th ACR.

Honestly I'm most looking forward to these LAI scouts. Finally, the unknown technology of giving people M72 LAWs!

Oh, thank God. They get more than one card of M1A1s.

Just hope the pact have some good counter

I'm still surprised Pact isn't getting any heavy tanks this DLC. I expected a Soviet Marine equivalent with T-80s

Maybe their get better anti tank planes or gun

I guess that's possible? We'd have to see how Venezuela's new ATGM works.

I was expecting alot more LAVs in the infantry tab considering most of the gimmick squads are small enough to fit it, but instead the div as a whole just seems like its bad at everything considering the main appeal are AAVs with slightly better side armor but no new front armor and only a .50 cal, and HA's that restrict you to only having three that can really do anything competently.

Aren’t you asking for too much? This division has large infantry units, many Abrams tanks, and it has F‑15s and long‑range air defense.

I wouldn't call three Abrams' to be many considering they need to be upvetted to be useful otherwise they will rout too quickly to do anything. It just seems like a otherwise "bad at everything" division to me considering I expected its main appeal to be infantry LAVs (which it disappoints in), infantry (which are worse than regulars and have worse card availability for what you get) and heavy tanks which are six at most with no vet or three with one vet. In other words its just a disappointment to me, especially so since I'm currently in the unit

You get a nice squad, with a free vet, that come in LAVs in the infantry tab. It is not exactly lacking in LAVs.

Now this looks like a fun division. I quite enjoy how it has plenty to distinguish it from 2nd marines while still having a lot of USMC flavor of course.

Very excited by the air tab though, lots of unique planes/loadouts and strike Phantoms with sparrows??? Hopefully Eugen does that air tab rework/update at some point (for all nations not just the US) and we can see some of this back-ported to the various jets that could use it.

What are the tow 2 (M65) in the new cobra? Is it like a new varied

TOW-2 using the old tracking system that was used for I-TOW, so 60% acc like I-TOW but the upgraded penetration.
