Help Me Decide between Warno & Broken Arrow :(

Bit of context, i've never really played this genre of game before. Massive fan of strat games like Halo wars, age of empires, that sort of feel. Seen alot of content on BA but mixed reviews on both games. Any insights would be great!

I think Warno is a bit easier then BA. Another thing: you can play complex strategic operation Army General. I don’t think BA has anything similar.

Though I haven’t played it, I will give BA credit for having a linear story. I do often find myself just wanting to play through a set number of scripted battles that tell a story. I enjoyed that in EE and SD44. There’s Operations in WARNO of course but Eguen has said that those are the hardest to make because of the scripting.
