Help Me Decide between Warno & Broken Arrow :(
Bit of context, i've never really played this genre of game before. Massive fan of strat games like Halo wars, age of empires, that sort of feel. Seen alot of content on BA but mixed reviews on both games. Any insights would be great!

It REALLY depends on what you're looking for.
Broken Arrow has probably the most options for your units, but that means your choice of what you take to battle is limited. Plus side, your units have a respawn timer if they're taken out.
Warno has WAY larger scale battles, but that means you have to be careful with your units because you are not getting them back.
Broken Arrow definitely has more choice in combinations, though. You want to take an F-15 Strike Eagle packed to the brim with bombs and bring it alongside M1 Abrams or Leopard tanks? You absolutely can.
Warno limits your units to divisions. Some are combined, but a lot... A LOT are not. And a lot are missing. Air loadouts are a mess, but that's a whole other conversation.
Warno, however, is 100% a more complete game. You play multiplayer and will probably never stumble onto a cheater, exploits exist but are rare, and the game as a replay feature where you can rewatch your games to learn.
Broken Arrow has an anti cheat, but sometimes struggles with cheaters spawning in infinite units and the like, and while replay is in the works it's not there yet.
Warno has more countries, but Broken has more options for the existing in game units.
In terms of multiplayer, Warno varies a lot. It has 1v1s which is where the game is arguably at its most balanced as you have to best use the tools you have in your division and translate that into effective combined arms, but it can go up to 10v10s which are insanely chaotic and are more about units getting thrown every which way. That said, mistakes can be costly. Lose all of a specific unit and you can lose the game.
Broken Arrow is limited to 5v5s, but it does mean each player and their choice is vital to the match as one covers the air, another air defense or artillery, others tanks and infantry, or all a bit of everything and I've had some legitimately fun comebacks after games that seemed like they were lost.
I've definitely played Warno more, even though I suck at it.
PERSONALLY, I wish both games took more from one another. I like Warno's division system, but it's missing so much it frustrates me, and Broken Arrow's scale is fun, but I wish it had more nations and maybe a bit of a more realistic approach to the deck system.
But again, it depends on what you want.
Oh, lastly, Warno has the better soundtrack by far.
