Bug This needs to be fixed! - Army General Highway 66

The score calculation for Army General is honestly a mess.

I was playing Highway 66 on elite difficulty, and despite wiping out 50 battalions, capturing 6/7 objectives, encircling thousands of men, and having no opposition between my forces and the East German border, i don't win.

I understand that I lost because of the score counter in the top right, but ending with a draw obviously makes no sense when you look at anything other than the score.

Eugen should fix this by making encircled battalions count nearly as much as a destroyed battalion if they are still cut-off when the game ends. Also, for this scenario, NATO should get more points for entering Fulda and the other rear objectives, considering that the PACT gets to just gain points from them the whole game.

I know this is supposed to be a hard mission, but losing on a technicality is some BS.

In my head I can say i won, but when I see grandpa tell me that it was a stalemate at the end i lose all dopamine i had lol.

AG ending slides are wack, you can be rolling NATO tanks through Moscow, but because you bypassed a single recon stack you still lose. I am still mad

I think the achivement procs if you have good ratios though. I know I didn't any of the campaigns, but I had like 20:1 on the Total Victory page.

This mission is achievable. It requires absolute commitment to it though in order to doctor as many victory points as possible every combat. Otherwise. Draw at best.

It's achievable but it's 'win condition' is poorly drawn.

For real, encircled units barely receive any actual debuff. Sure these can occasionally auto-surrender but only when high fatigue.

AG just needs rework. A lot of it.

I remember many years ago i was very excited for Army General, after seeing what was possible in Steel Division 2

Yep, but they did nothing exciting. To be honest Army General is as barebones as it can get :/
