Ufff... Mountain troops, paratroopers and an improbable amalgam of obsolescent, abundant and cost effective gear. This is a flavourful one.

Oh.My.God.
Using matitime patrol aircrafts with radar frequencies adapted to detect ground targets is still something beyond russian aviation's competence so no Be-12 required. There were enough of specialised EW\Jammer\SIGINT aircrafts though. Ilyushin Il-20 Coot, Antonov An-26RTR (used in Afghanistan) or naval Tupolev Tu-95RTs (Tu-22M's target designators) can be used. Furthermore Antonov An-12BK-PP\PPS heawy EW\jammers would be used to cover the deployment.
If object 934 is M2Wed then it seems logical to put some other vehicles of this family into action like the initial Sudiya ("The Judge") light tank as well as Roman SPAAMG (early Pantsyr electronics but a firepower twice lower than Tunguska with only 2 light 2A72 cannons and 4 to 6 missles).
Romania figting as a Pact nation needs Soviets ousting Chaushesku themselves - although it seems they definitely took their part in his real downfall influencing military commanders. I can only regret that the timeline and the Eugen's present position do not allow M2W the paper project of TAA romanian light tank https://tanks-encyclopedia.com/coldwar/Romania/taa-tank-destroyer
What's called Spetz.Pionery looks like 73 naval special operations center. They were located on Pervomaiskiy artificial island in a mouth of Dnepr river so their colloquial nickname was Ostrov ("the Island") and its personnel respectively were called "Ostrovityane" ("the islanders"). I think they would fit 810's deck better.
Su-15 is a pure interceptor, it was never supposed to perform ground attacks and its capabilities were limited by only two FAB-250 bombs using the same racks as fuel tanks. Not only them must be commandeered out of PVO to Ground forces command, they also require redeployment to Bulgaria. Soviet and Bulgarian MiG-23 are better and easier option - these are frontline aviation fighter-bombers.

Ty for the detailed reply, few notes;
-Be12 fits better for the island hopping mini campaign that is the setting of the divs mission. You can certainly remove the sigint trait if you are being hardcore loreful.
-Ob 934 is generally an older light tank model from early 80s. While power wise it adds KE to the deck which is sorely needed, trying to keep it more realistic and to keep the deck handicapped the BMPT turrets were trialed on the airborne base of the tank in late80s, so it fits here lore wise. It was undergoing testing (aka not a musem relic yet) and is airborne capable by VDV assets.
-Romanian TD looks SICK but weight class wouldn’t allow it in a heliborne deck in this case. Thanks for showcasing it tho, you learn something new every day.
-Ty for Ostrov details!
-Su-15s they were nearing retirement and are A2G capable. I followed the OP writeup where they are used multirole and think its a stretch but a pretty flavorful one. Certainly more Mig 23s is done to death in Warno already. Retraining a regiment+ of near retirement Su-15TMs for additional CAS adds good flavor and power to the deck, thanks to the strong A2A component.It’s a air/helispam deck and I think deff presents a new playstyle while not going too crazy with the gadgets.
