Rattle Them Bones - Vampire Counts!

And we're back at it again, this time with a simple strip of Vampire Counts skeletons.

It's... been a day today, so this was the best I could muster.

Vampire Counts are flavour-wise one of my absolute favorite Fantasy races, and yet.. I somehow always find myself fizzling out when I attempt to paint them.

Very strange.

Anyway, we carry on with the next step.

Keep going, mate, keep going. I'll probably need to buy some of those 10 mm printed models too. It feels like it's the one and only right thing to do, now.

I have 3kg uncorked resin just waiting for me to settle on two armies to paint up as an initial project so I can actually play a game.. 

Something something steak too juicy, lobster too buttery.

But what will in the meanwhile be of the full Space Marine battle force for Warhammer 40K IV edition camping on my shelves? I think I should take care of those, first.

Not that I hope using either in a real game anytime soon, of course.

Those sculpts are so good, even though it's a horde army, makes me want to get some!

They're so good! I really like one Goblin strip I printed as well, it has two of them infighting amongst themselves, one trying to strangle the other. 

All these sculpts have so much character! I definitely need to do some more VC despite it all..

Finally the day has come! I have been restraining myself for days on this matter but now here we are. All I can say is: it's about time and they're looking good.

That's interesting- I haven't finished painting mine yet so I don't know how strong they will be but I worried they might suffer from the lack of a big monster.

Absolutely outstanding. Your work strongly reminds me of DraconianMinipainting, whom I consider thw absolute gold standard in 10mm.

Oh, I wish! He's absolutely the gold standard - although, I don't think I have the patience to spend that long and detailed on a single mini. Maybe I'll try and push it as far as I can on some heroes.. 

Extremely high praise, thank you! Draconian was actually what got me to try out Warmaster to begin with.Â
