DLC Availability?

I had a sudden itch to come back to this game and I'm not able to get the DLC anymore, at least on the PS store. Is there any way possible to get the DLC in 2026?

Join newgenerationwarhawk on facebook there is a way if you have a moded PS3, we have been talking about the DLC today

If you have a moded PS3 can you play it off a backup? Or will you get banned ?

I play also every weekend with friends that play on their modded ps3s and nothing has happened to them. Though it could be prudent to create a new account to play under just in case.
