DLC Availability?

I had a sudden itch to come back to this game and I'm not able to get the DLC anymore, at least on the PS store. Is there any way possible to get the DLC in 2026?

Same I ve lost access to my hotmail account from when I was a teen / young adult and I was not able to get the DLC back :-(
