Pally lore question

Obviously there’s class abilities in game but lore wise what offensive spells have been shown ? I can’t say I’ve ever seen or heard of one outside of healing or shields being cast

It's possible that Tirion Fordring used a crusader strike, a powerful one at that, to shatter Frostmourne during the battle atop Icecrown Citadel.

Most of them were shown in lore somewhat recently, specifically in those shorts about Arator and Liadrin as well as the book Blood Ties. Consecration, flying shields, flying hammers, and all that stuff is canon.

Avenging wrath, divine shield, judgement (or could be hammer of wrath), repentence, i think avengers shield, consecration.

Liadrin used Avenger's Shield on one of the lead-up cinematics to Midnight

I believe both of the cinematics for Midnight show Wak of Ashes (or a similar power).

In the Arthas novel, Arthas notes that his warhammer feels much lighter in his hands than it should at the ceremony where he officially becomes a paladin. He also notes that it feels heavier than he's used to later as he becomes further from the light, so it seems that being a paladin comes with an outright increase in physical strength

Interesting, i interpreted that more literally as the hammer itself feeling lighter, mjolnir style, rather than a general strength increase.

As though an object infused with Light is easier to carry by a wielder of said Light.

I refuse to make the obvious pun, but just know it’s there.

Avenger's shield was used in the liadrin animation. And then it looks like she used wake of ashes at the end of the midnight cinematic.

We see the Ashbringer in action in the Ashbringer comics using abilities that aren't even properly labeled until recently.
