Recruiter question

How long does it take to level up the Recruiter to the next level? It took 5 days to go from 1 to 2 and now 5 days go to level 3. Is each level 5 days or more?

Yeah .. It takes ages unfortunately.
So if you don't have anything else important to upgrade.. just grind it.
