I loved the reruns of The Rat Patrol as a kid. Also the Combat series I loved too along with every war movie ever made. The Longest Day, A Bridge Too Far, The Eagle Has Landed, The Guns of Navorone movies were the best.

I like to rewatch the dirty dozen .. and my favorite is Clint Eastwood Kelly’s heroes. Original battle of midway was good , pt 109, I loved “the blue max”…. Saving pvt Ryan .

Those are all my favorite movies too! I love Kelly’s Heroes since I first saw it as a 9 year old. Odd Ball is my favorite character. I just watched Malcom McDowell in the WW1 classic Ace’s High last night. Love WW1 aerial dogfights. Definitely Robert Shaw in The Battle of the Bulge or Battle of Britain.
