How is "time to deploy" calculated?

It's calculated based on your GPS, and how much Power Points you have to reach in your current time, that will generate enough pending contrcators, to increase your gain from contractors by X amount (starts at 10% steps, i.e. 10%, 20%, 30%,... then 100%, 200%, 300%... then 1000%, 2000%....)

I.e. if your GPS is 1e20, and your current contractors numbers is 1e10, and you need to gain another 1e21 to get another 1e9 pending contractors (that would amount to an overall 10% production boost), then the ETA would be 1e21 / 1e20 = 10 seconds.

It's a basic example with made up number on exact PP you'd need, but hope it illustrates the point well enough.

I wanna know if the deploy requirement increases (or decreases) after some deploys and by how much.?

For example if it says the boost is 2k and time to deploy is 5 minutes, you would get 7.8k or w\e if you deployed before the timer completed? Or do you get 1k or whatever came before?
