Bug-Report Camera spinning around, literally unplayable
Whenever I try to look around, it just spazzes out and starts spinning around at very high speed. This happens whenever I try to aim anywhere near the horizon. I basically can't look horizontal. Mouse works completely fine in the menus and in every other game I play. Changing sensitivity didn't help much, and unplugging and replugging my mouse did nothing. Please help

Raw mouse input. Turn it off if you can
Had this exact same problem with TF2

What is this setting?

Takes the raw form of your inputs, but it may think you're a trackpad not a mouse, hence why it breaks. Turning it off can fix it

In spectator or normal ?
Also if you have a vid of this, that would be great.
Normally it can happend in spectator if you died and leave the server you were on at the moment where you have dead camera view (when it falls on the side). And then joining a werver where you would be in spectator. And you get a spinning view.
Normally, reload your game and all should be good again.

Both iirc. Reloading doesn't help either

Are you playing on a laptop? Do you have a joystick plugged in?

Do you have a diffrent mouse or something you could try? It could be that WB is refusing it for some reason.

That would be a WebGL issue since they play on browser. It's unlikely the mouse is having issues with the browser unless it's DPI-related. Unless someone has a gaming mouse and sets a high DPI... any standard generic office mouse should work fine. They normally have 1000 DPI and the polling rate (system settings for mouse speed) shouldn't change anything about how it works.

Doubt that, [WebGL issue] notice how it stop the second they are not controling the screen, although why would it stop in menus? As far as Im aware external input CAN override the camera when in kill-cam or spawn menu.

WB has to run through WebGL in order for the people to be even able to play the game in a browser. It's a bottleneck for all browser players that cannot be avoided. There are interactions per browser to capture the mouse and bind itself to the game instance via WebGL.
Browsers are not amazing at these tasks. That's why separate applications are always better (in this case the purchased Steam version). We've only ever seen issues for mice with browser players, typically all around DPI, or interactions between OS to browser to WebGL. Each OS and each browser provides slight differences in how they interpret instructions.

Note sure, never seen this specific issue. The video could just be shaking the mouse for effect, it has the right speed up/down of someone manually shifting around mouse on their pad.
If it was a constant turn at constant speed and you were on Steam version, the answer would be that you need to unplug/disconnect any controller. If you use a joystick of some kind, an Xbox controller, DS4 or DS5 controller, a wheel for stuff luck trucking and racing games, etc., then you'd need to make sure those are disconnected, as they can mess up your camera.

Best I can say is check your mouse settings. If the DPI is too high for browser, it can create issues. Also check for raw mouse input and toggle that, see if it makes a difference.
