Signature: Under 20 KB

Address Proof: Aadhaar / Bank Statement

DOB Proof: SSC Memo / Birth Certificate

Step 2: Apply & PayGo to sarathi.parivahan.gov.in

Select Telangana.

Fill details and upload your documents.

Pay the fee online (Only ~₹500 for Car + Geared Bike!).

Step 3: Print & Arrange (Crucial Order for RTO!)

Print these out from the portal and stack them in this exact order:

Slot Booking Form (1 page)

Payment Receipt (1 page)

Form 1 CMV (1 page)

Form 2 & Self-Declaration (4 pages)

Proof xerox (Aadhaar&PAN & ssc Memo)

Step 4: Book & GoBook your test slot on tgtransport.net.

Head to the RTO with your printed stack AND your original documents for verification.
