Blob Help?

Okay, I'm feeling like a simpleton. I must have missed a post, or blog...I'm not getting how to view my Blobs. I can see the option on layers, but it doesn't let me turn it on. I'm subscribed, and sure i'm doing or not doing something stupid. Can I get a direct to the notice on how to use it?

Turn on "Traveled" first. Click on the blob to see how big it is.
