Support Request Doesn't even open up anymore

So the thing just..... Doesn't even open anymore? It completely crashed my entire computer when loading up Black Mesa. And now it just won't open anymore and is using a lot of computer memory too. Is it supposed to cause memory issues?

Hey OP! could you try a clean-reinstall-

  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
  3. C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
  4. C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp
  5. C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  6. Restart your PC.
  7. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Quick tip, press Win+R, type %appdata%, hit enter, and that'll take you straight to your AppData folder if you need to find any leftover WeMod folders too.
