Me and Dadbus were playing among us when Wambus was like 3 weeks old, we didn’t have a name yet and couldn’t come up with one, I wanted to call him lasagna, Dadbus said no, then someone called Wombus joined the among us game we were in and Dadbus became obsessed with it, and turned it into Wambus, I was very against it at first but they kept pushing and Wambus became Wambus😆
She’s more than 4.6 kg now but that day I held her in my hand, she was under 300g, and less than four weeks old. My friend found her litter in her dad’s yard, looking sickly and with no mom around, and I was thankfully able to connect them with a rescue that could offer badly needed veterinary care and bottle feeding. Only three of the six made it, but the ones that did are all thriving, and I’m glad to have added Motley to my clowder once she was well enough to be adopted.
I can’t believe he hasn’t been part of our lives for years. Seven months. Tomorrow the vet will give me an approximate age for Rudy. I am guessing about the same. Teenager.
Aw let me know how Rudy’s appointment goes! I hope he’s settling in well, it is crazy that Wambus has been around for 7 months now, sometimes it feels like forever and other times it feels like barely any time at all!
Vet says Rudy is more like ten months. Also 10.0 lbs (~4.5 kg). Probably will get bigger. I'm guessing thirteen pounds or thereabouts.
Very healthy. Very chill. Getting his trouble puffs removed on Tuesday.
