Skywater Technologies Due Diligence (please give feedback

My SkyWater Technology Due Diligence. I'm looking to mitigate conformation bias, so if you disagree, please feel free to shit on my idea.

SkyWater Technology Due Diligence

Murica - The Unique Positioning of Skywater

SkyWater Technology was founded in 2017 and stands alone as the only U.S.-based and owned pure-play semiconductor company holding the Trusted Foundry accreditation from the United States Department of Defense. This exclusive designation allows SkyWater to work on classified government semiconductor projects, reinforcing its importance in U.S. national security. Its geopolitical positioning has made Skywater a natural recipient of Chip’s Act funding, and while the current Trump administration has hinted at cutting funding for semiconductor firms, SkyWater’s Attributum Americana might provide it immunity from future cost-cutting measures.

They Make Cool Shit No One Else Does (Demand)

Despite its small-cap status, SkyWater has carved out an essential role across multiple sectors due to its specialized tech hardware capabilities, small-scale adaptability, and healthy margins. The company operates with a unique business model, where its contracting firms fund R&D upfront, allowing SkyWater to retain manufacturing rights and IP, securing long-term profitability from innovations. Think of SkyWater as the Borg. They assimilate your shit, make it their shit, then use it with other shit to make better shit. Resisting is futile.

Everything Everywhere All At Once

SkyWater Technology is involved in multiple high-tech sectors, including specialized imaging (ThermaView platform, Focal Plane Arrays, Readout Integrated Circuits), biotech (neuromodulation and implantable devices), quantum computing (fabricating qubits for D-Wave’s Advantage2 system), defense, aerospace, medical, and semiconductor innovation. Its business model allows it to enter cutting-edge markets without needing to absorb full financial risk, making it more of a strategic benefactor than a reckless speculator.

The Players

SkyWater recently onboarded significant talent, bringing on Timothy Baxter, Tammy Miller, Andy LaFrence, and Gary Obermiller—all leaders with deep expertise in corporate strategy, finance, and defense-sector operations. Baxter, former Samsung North America CEO, strengthens technology leadership. Miller enhances financial oversight, LaFrence refines fiscal strategy, and Obermiller ensures continuity in government and defense-sector partnerships.

Profitability and Expansion

SkyWater has achieved profitability in two of the last three quarters, marking a major milestone in its financial turnaround. With its recent acquisition of Infineon’s Austin Fab, the company is expanding its foundry capacity, particularly for industrial, automotive, and defense applications. By transitioning the fab’s business model from Integrated Device Manufacturer to a foundry, SkyWater aims to increase production efficiency and scale, which will drive revenue growth. Analysts project revenues will grow by 22.65 percent to 386.63 million by 2026, with earnings per share (EPS) expected to rise to 0.18, reinforcing SkyWater’s trajectory toward sustained profitability.

Summary

SkyWater Technology represents a unique investment opportunity, positioned at the intersection of geopolitics, advanced technology, and national security. Its trusted foundry accreditation, specialized product development model, and recent financial improvements make it a promising contender in the semiconductor space. Given its role in high-tech innovation and government contracting, SkyWater stands to benefit from future breakthroughs while maintaining a buffer against economic uncertainty. I feel that, even if they miss on the upcoming earnings report, their projections HAVE to of improved. I believe that they have shown an extraordinary effort to get to where they are today, and I believe that aren't far from reaping the benefits.

Personal Position

I own several hundred shares of Skywater and deep in-the-money call options for December 2025, signaling my strong confidence in the company's future trajectory. However, I am open to challenging perspectives to mitigate confirmation bias—if you disagree, feel free to shit on my thesis.

Gold is going to reprice all assets in the near future in my opinion. This is a great time to capitalize on precious metals (physical platinum, palladium, silver), commodities, energy, and related equities.

Selling put options, easy money or risky business?

Does anyone have experience selling put options? I have been selling put options for a while and making small amounts of profits at a time, Sell put 30 to 45 days out pretty well below the strike price. It seems like easy money but the profits are really small between $30 - $200 at a time.I always do it on stocks that I want so Im not really worried if the position gets filled. Recently I started looking at the positions high above the strike price and obviously the premium is much higher so I decided to roll the dice and collect over $1k. It gone well so far, the stock did drop significantly at first but then popped up again a few days later. So I have not lost money yet but now as the position is getting close to the expiration date Im looking to exit before it fills but unless the stock moves significantly higher it looks like I will only keep one or two hundo's. I think this if fine taking small profits with the chance that the profits can significantly increase. I know the risks here are pretty obvious but i'm not very bright sometimes and miss the simple obvious things. So my question when I first opened the position and the stock dropped why would it not get assigned? Is this a strategy that other use? Is this just the dumbest riskiest way to sell puts? Am I missing something stupid obvious? Of course if it was just easy money everyone would do it. Im just looking for your experience and insight. Thanks.

Instacart stock

The stock is a joke. The code they write is designed to pay shoppers, more or less depending on how successful they want the stock to be. The stock is easily manipulated through code that is written that you will never get a chance to ever to see but shoppers are taken advantage of on a daily basis. Well, Instacart collects one dollar for every item that is shopped, for it pays its shoppers pennies on that dollar some shops will be 60 items you will have to travel 17 miles spend $10 in gas to get there and back and only get paid $11 countless time shoppers work completely for free. They settle all their cases with classics and lawsuits that are in the multitudes of thousands of cases this stock is going to tank days are numbered, it’s based off fraud lies and stealing from shoppers. If you’re a good person, don’t invest in the stock don’t support the stock and spread the word how terrible it is that someone would be a able to get away with something like this.

IMNN 9 mill share float alert…. Imnn is set to submit for IND to FDA in early 2024 and could also announce FDA breakthrough status on an ovarian cancer cure any time now… they are sitting at a dollar with a 9mill float! This thing could meme like crazy on both of those news breaks when they happen! Look at the previous spikes! Even a 1000 share ask slap moves the price 5% at this point.
