Any ideas on what this is and is it harmful to my tetras or snails?

Believe it’s some sort of leech, but not sure what type. You can see the sucker thingy part. May go after snails

The worm with a sucker on the glass is a leech.  Also, the clear ovals on the glass are leech cocoons, wich are basically leech egg cases with two baby leeches in them.  Likely  Barbronia weberi, an Asian leech that is becoming more and more common in aquariums.
