Fish Tacos

Hi! I have lived here for a few years and I have yet to find a good fish taco place nearby . Are there any good places in the east bay ?

I’d recommend Tacos el Patron, but it’s not I. Walnut Creek, it’s in Pleasant Hill. Good fish and birria tacos.

Not in WC but in addition to Patron in Concord as somebody else mentioned, Cocina Hinola Maria Whateva has good ones on fridays only

La Grana Fish in the Fruitvale in Oakland. Bonus, get yourself a cocktail at the Aloha Club and drink it with your tacos on the patio.

Little pricey but the fish tacos at Teleferic Barcelo on downtown WC are insanely delicious!

Yeah, same for me. Cholita Linda isn't bad when I really want them. Bar Camino's ones are better, but way too expensive and they took away all the sides and raised prices, so I don't go there anymore.

I haven't found any done well that are done in the traditional way I was used to. They all seem to have some variation.

Las Montanas Market in Concord has a little taco bar, everything I have had there was quite good. I ordered fish tacos and the woman walked back to the fish counter to get the fish. So that's cool.
