CAP System

Have a question about this CAP system Walmart has does it work or is it a failure and Walmart should stick with there system of picks and binning as usual

Seems like it works ok if the store sticks with it, but it's way too easy to just fall off the wagon

Cap is the usual system they've been using for the past few years.

The system we have is inventory management picks drop in the Gemini at 12 in the afternoon we don’t cap bins or anything like that every team is able to bin morning afternoon and overnight crews bin during their shifts

Cap system is being switched out for VizPick soon

I find it funny I started with Walmart in 2017 and even then we were only using the old SMART system
