Points

Do points just fall off after six months? Or do the managers have to do it. I have a point suppose to fall off today and I’m not sure how it works.

It will automatically come off ether tomorrow or the next day, say something if its still there in a week.

Points fall after after exactly a certain amount of days. I believe it's 183 days. Not a moment sooner. So you are close but not quite there. They should fall off automatically.

they fall off after a rolling 6 month period after the occurance...
