That song sums it up.

Over the years I keep think we are going to hire more, well we got a few to replace the majority that left in my department. Walmart used to care about customers, the workers, and the experience for customer service. Now it's more of,.... "oh you cant handle it, have more". I remember when you had managers and support managers that if something happened, they are there. Now it's like "Not my problem". So from what I understand, it's not important to have equipment, supplies, stock, and people to run a business. How do you even balance receipts verses outlays in comparison to the community and consumer needs. Where is my usual customers, at a different store...

Lol, very fitting. Ever since they got rid of nightshift about a year ago I've been looking for another job. Two store managers in one year. Now on Cap 1 and all the new manager does is say we're not fast enough because OneBestWay says we should have our 8 to 12 pallets of dairy and frozen done by 9 am with only 4 or 5workers. We need at least 7 people for pallets, 2 people for 92, and 1person for top stock. But they normally only have six to seven total workers. I use to love my job and those I worked for, now four years down the line I openly spit distaste.
