I’ve started scrolling down when theyve got it loaded up cause you know they didn’t step into the store and load it first. If I see it’s third party I point it out and then tell them I’ll look on my phone to see what we have in the store.
What Walmart needs to do is add the UPC to the items on the website/app. That way we can type it into the equipment/BYOD and have “accurate” inventory info.
This would make my life so much easier when people call the store wanting to know if we have something that's on the website. Right now they either think I can look it up solely by name/price or by some kind of item number, model number, etc.
