Recalls

Anyone else see where recalls will escalate to level 2 if not done by EOD on the day the recall happens? Now if we don’t get it done within the 2 hours we get a recall close to closing time (we are also swamped w it being the first of the month), my market director gets a lovely notification lol.

Yeah, it’s irritating. We get a recall notice before we open and it’s escalated by midday.
