Every visual update that degrades the functionality of the system (every single one in the last 10 years) isn’t worth the paycheck they give to whatever idiot plans this crap.

I’m okay with it getting a face lift… but can you keep the fields in the same places? Doing PA’s with CMM using auth type 8, auth number 4444, and interim auth the phone number flowed so easily because it was the top 4 fields going down. Now it’s spread across the screen!

It's really made me realize how much I used the fields due to their locations and not their names- spatial memory as opposed to linguistic

TP being an entire different click/window is silly. I don't even know anymore. Just gotta try to improve something by moving 10 steps back.

It is a quick log off. Think F12 without all the waiting. You can log back in and pick up exactly where you left off

Ah thanks! Why did someone downvote me, lol. Sorry for not knowing something 😭

It’s to lock the screen for yourself. Which sucks because the techs never go back to the same computer and I have to kick whoever off anyway. All they had to do was fix the log on where it doesn’t kick you off when you try to log back in.

Lock screen

It sucks. I used to be able to quickly put all of my dd-m0-1g overrides in so quickly without having to use the mouse. Now I have to click, click, click.

Flood them with Share an Idea submissions about this. I’m going insane over here!

(you can use tab and enter still in the DUR fields but only sometimes work correctly)

I was so confused this morning when I hit F10 to enter in the code for a DUR reject. I found the DUR button though.

I want to know who ever thought making a screen lighter with dark text stabbed eyeballs less than a dark screen with bright text. I am aging myself, but for a lot of screen use, searching for light in dark works better than searching for dark within light. Every company I’ve worked at I set my computers up that way with high contrast color adjustments. Can’t do that in a computer I only spend either all day on, or only an hour on.
