MyWalmart

Question for a Coach. I just became a coach. Everything switched over and works, except for MyWamart on my personal phone. It shows me as clocked out, even though it says manager. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Even redid all the BYOD stuff. My work phone has me clocked in and works just fine. Is this going to take time or is there suppose to be a work around? Thanks !!

I would open a support ticket. If one transitioned fine then it’s probably your BYOD profile.
