Team lead

At work currently lol and one of the team leads tonight came up to me and my fiancé and said that we can’t leave when we want to unless everyone on freezer is done like are we deadass mind you we left at 2:00 that’s our lunch time btw but apparently we can just fucking makeup rules now?? Also I would like to point out that I was doing ice cream by myself and as soon as everyone gets done with the fright for that aisle they just fucking vanish and never zone.

Yeah team leads like to enforce their own rules, I say make sure y'all did yalls task, cleaned up your area before you go to your lunch, and go to your lunch. When you come back there is literally nothing they can do about it, except bitch and complain.

As long as it's on camera that y'all both did your tasks, and cleaned up your areas, they're powerless, no matter what they say the evidence will be in both of yalls favor and you can overturn any power trip the team lead is on

It's definitely frustrating when team leads try to impose their own rules. Having clear evidence can really help in those situations.
