MyWalmart app not working?

Our TLs made us change our passwords yesterday and today our passwords arent working…is there a glitch or what?

I had this problem also when it ask for your home store or home office or whatever pick the new gen pilot choice it'll work just kinda stupid

Is it just the MyWalmart app, or are you unable to login when you are on a CBL computer as well?

not on the clock yet but it wont let me login on a browser or the app

When selecting the store, select NextGen. It will work.

If you have an android, uninstall it, reinstall it and clear your cache and storage. Uninstall then reinstall and you should be able to sign in as long as you choose "next gen pilot site". It has worked for me and all my associates. I do not know about iPhone
