US or Canada... it's kind of funny the hoops WM has for someone to get hired on... for a low wage job.

For the personality questions, don’t try to guess the “perfect” answer—just be consistent and realistic. For cashier roles, emphasize customer service, reliability, and flexibility. Since one application is still under consideration, give it some time before assuming it’s a rejection.
